This requirement is sole sourced to Exceptional Difference LLC., 531 S Gay St, Suite 1402, Knoxville, TN 37902. This procurement is a continuation (follow-on) of training currently integrated into the systems engineering development. Exceptional Difference is the only company that can provide TPI/TSP/PSP methodologies and systems engineering-centric training.
Familiarization training will consist of presentations and laboratory exercises. - The Contractor shall develop new or modify existing scenarios for mission crew training systems to support Integrated Release Difference Training when necessary.- The Contractor shall accomplish Transportable Mission Support Sub-System (TMSS) and related support equipment difference training when Integrated Releases affect Transportable Mission Support Sub-System operations
This requirement is for Difference PC Qualification training equal to the JPATS Pilot Training Manual and PC Qualification training, in TCP Full Flight Simulator, conducted by JPATS Qualified TCI/TCE.

The program must allow the individual to utilize the training and see the difference when the taught techniques are applied during training scenarios.The program must be geared towards personnel within the US Department of Defense as used with combat arms in a CQB and tactical context.Additionally, the training must have direct application to first responders and pilots that can be assessed in their respective environments.
